Verifying the Account Holder
Verification of the account holder is a requirement prior to making, changing or cancelling any reservation.
The expectation is that we verify at least 3 pieces of account specific information in the event we are releasing reservation specific information or creating/modifying/cancelling a reservation.
This information can be found in a number of places.
After locating the State Park, site and arrival date for the customer, we then select the account holder in the Unit Pre-Cart window.
From here we will get a list of customers with the name searched.
Verify the phone, address and email, then select that account by double clicking on the highlighted line.
Prior to modifying, cancelling or confirming a customers reservation we must fully verify the caller.
After locating the reservation on the grid, click on the << found on the right side of Neptune above the Options. This will pop out the Reservation Details.
From here, we can see the account holder's name and phone. After verifying the caller is the account holder and confirming the phone number on the account, click on the print icon. This will load the receipt.
From here, we can verify the account holder's address.
We can then scroll down to the Email All Copies button to view the account holders email address.
Lastly, we can also view the account holders information from the Search for Customers field.
Start your search by entering the caller's last name a comma then the first name.
