Viewing Cart Comments

First Select the Tickets tab in Neptune. 

Next, Search for the guests Tickets in the Search field.

You can search by Confirmation Number, Customer Name, Email or Phone. 

When the guests reservation has loaded, select the Orange Comment Bubble. 

This will launch the comment box. From here you can view or edit the comment.
