Modify a Reservation

First find the existing reservation on the grid. Open the cart view by selecting the blue <<'s to the far right side and select the Modify button. 

Once on the Unit Pre-Cart screen, you can change any of the fields indicated below.  

After confirming the changes with the guest, click Continue.

You will see the original reservation information as well as the changed reservation information in the Shopping Cart.

• • • Review/confirm the changed information with the guest.

    • Review the new amount due with the guest. At a minimum, there will be a change fee charged for changes to park, campsite/unit, or arrival or departure date. All other changes may be made without incurring a change fee. 

Tender the sale as usual.
