Modify/Cancel Activity or Tour
To cancel or modify an existing Activity or Tour first select the Tickets Icon in the top right hand corner of Neptune.
Search for the guests Tour or Activity by Confirmation Number.
Note: if the guest does not have the confirmation number, we can locate this transaction via the Journal.
To cancel the Activity or Tour, you will select Cancel.
Upon selecting Cancel, the refund will push to the cart.
From here you will Tender the refund.
To modify the Activity or Tour, you will select Modify.
Upon selecting Modify, you will be presented with the Activity/Tour Pre-Cart and can make your necessary adjustments and push to the cart to Tender.
Lastly, you can Transfer the Activity or Tour.
This will allow you move the activity or tour to another event.
