Big Bend Tavern & Caps Auto Camp

"...the former Big Bend Tavern [2.3 Miles eastbound from the Troutdale Bridge] comes into view. This establishment took its name from the 'Big Bend' in the Sandy, where the river makes a sweeping turn to the north. Formerly a restaurant and auto court, the Big Bend has long since closed."

I am not sure if Caps and the Big Bend are the same place or not, but both were near each other. I am not sure if they were operated together, separately or... I just don't know much, really! All I know at this point is what Mershon wrote above, and what Ben has shared, below.... A very quick and rough measurement on Google Earth lands them pretty close to each other.

Caps Auto Camp, on the corner towards Troutdale from the Stark Street Bridge... You’ll see views of Teddy there, he was the bear that drank soda that you gave him. There’s only views of the bear, I haven't seen any of the actual grounds. If you drive through you’ll see a couple red buildings/small barn structures and that’s where it sat. I have both views, but haven’t been able to find anything else so far.
