Viento Trailhead

I am not entirely sure what is original and what is replica through here. I believe, looking at the pavement out there, that the highway veered a bit to the north, off the current trail alignment, before coming in for the loop in yellow above. For some time I though the loop was just new state trail, but other research suggest differently.

From there, though, the highway headed north again, destroyed by the freeway, and over to the fragment at Viento State Park.
