Lost Fragment - Ruckel South

This is the small yellow fragment where the state trail turns away from I-84 towards Ruckel Creek Falls.
I was walking over to take some pictures of Ruckel Falls, early spring in 2014, and I looked up and saw something that sure looked like an old road grade up above where the trail curves south away from the freeway... I've gotten pretty good at spotting old grades over the last few years! It was a lost fragment of the highway, with pavement.
