Culvert Caps

"I found an awesome water box at Littlepage Rd. right before the junction with Larch Mtn. Road, eastbound. I had to clear off the road sand and the pea gravel. Nice surprise! ODOT / MULTCO DOT can fix the bottom side of this by binding the crack pieces with a concrete epoxy filler. Can't do much about the crack, but they can buttress the heck out of what's underneath."
