East of Weigh Station Fragment v.007_Columbia_River_Highway.kmlGoogle Earth
For about a half-mile past the Weigh Station Fragment, there is plenty of evidence of the old highway, cuts and even old utility poles, alongside the westbound lanes of I-84. Whether or not these cuts and poles date all the way back to the original Route 2, it is hard to tell but, pretty clearly, the old road is under I-84 through here.

The cut above is the last feature before Wyeth that could possibly be related to the original highway along the westbound lanes of I-84.
However, just past this, approaching Wyeth, there is an old road above the freeway that has been giving me fits for years.
I've been back and forth on this for years on whether this is the original CRH or not. More details on the next page!
