As busy as the Wahkeena Falls area is today, there used to be quite a bit more going on there. There was even a Multnomah County Sheriff's Department substation for motorcycle riding deputies there, I believe. I think, in the photo above, this was the small garage at the end of the line of structures near the center of the photo.
