Water Wheel / Power Plant

Last year I found some ruins on the creek next to the Ranger Station. At first I thought I found an old CRH bridge, but no, it was something else entirely.

All I know, so far, is found on the map below...

The map shows a dam on Herman Creek diverting water through wooden and steel pipes to this facility. Below, it's all concrete under the thick ivy at the site.
