Substitute Oil for Butter

If recipe has eggs & sugar (cookies.)

Beat eggs very well

Beat (add sugar) very well

Add oil beat

Add vanilla

If recipe has milk (biscuits -)

Add Milk & oil & shake hard in jar

with lid.  When mixed add fast to

waiting dry ingredients.
