2 ½ C *Chocolate - 5 *melted
1 C wh. Cream - 2
¼ t salt - ½
Flavoring ⅛ t peppermint oil (or rum or other oils) - ¼
Beat cream till fairly stiff - add choc. * with wooden spoon - spatula - Cup at a time beating vigorously - (add salt & flavoring)
*Make sure choc. is cool -
