6 oz can solid tuna (water packed & drained)
1 15 oz can cannellini beans - rinsed & drained
2 t red wine vinegar
½ C bottled bruschetta topping (tomato based)
¼ C red (chopped) onion
¼ C fresh basil
¼ C pitted chopped kalamata olives
1 t olive oil
Fresh ground pepper
Romaine leaves
Large bowl put tuna, beans, vinegar, bruschetta, onion, basil, olives & oil - Toss gently trying not to mash the beans - season w/pepper ~ serve on leaves

Capers
Roasted red peppers
Tiny chunks mozzarella
Left over cooked (green) beans
