⭐ Bonnie’s Dumplings ~
Bonnie Wu (Granddaughter)
1 pkg ground turkey - (or pork or beef)
1 (or two) bunches of green onion (chopped fine)
Less than ½ small head of cabbage (chopped fine)
1 carrot grated (or chopped fine)
Shiitake mushrooms
About ¼ C soy sauce (maybe a little less)
Little sugar (1 tsp?)
salt & pepper - garlic
Mix - place on (round) wrapper - moisten & seal
Fry on both sides in a little olive oil
Add bit of water & lid & steam a few min.
Sauce:
Soy - 3 parts
Rice vinegar - 1 part
(Marcekan seasoned rice vinegar)
