Chicken - Chili (green) Lime Pot Pie
2 t oil
1 med onion diced
1 can gr. chilies drained
2 t cumin
1 t salt
(red pepper flakes?)
2 chicken breasts
Chicken broth -
Bring to boil ~ simmer 20-30 min. (tender) ~ after cooling cut up chicken
Add:
Veggies, peas, carrots, celery, onion, etc
2 T (?) tapioca
Make soft biscuits, crumble over -
400° ~ 15-20 min.
