EASY (no roll) PIE CRUST
(Barbara Billings & Yummy Pie)
1 ¼ C flour
1 ½ tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbls milk
½ C oil
Put first 3 ingredients in bowl. Add oil to milk - pour in, mix w/ fork. Press into pie plate (or dripper pan).
400° (very light brown) about 10 min.
Crust for tarts:
2 C flour
10 T oil
1 egg beaten
2 T cold water
½ t salt
Make ball - use tart tamper
