2 C sugar
1¼ C oil
2 t vanilla
1 8 oz crushed pineapple w/ juices
2 C grated carrots
3 C flour
½ t salt
1½ t soda
1 T cinnamon
1½ C ch. nuts
3 eggs
Beat 2 eggs, sugar & oil. Add ½ of dry ingred. Mix carrots - add rest of flour. Mix & add nuts. Add egg last, one left.
9x13 pan - plus 8” cake pan.
Bake 350° ~ approx 30 min
