Beat 2 egg whites till foamy. Add ¼ t cr. of tartar. Beat till stiff
1 C sugar
2 T syrup (corn syrup)
¼ C water
Bring to boil, wash down sides.
Boil 3 min. (Make 8” thread). Pour slowly over beaten egg whites till forms strong peaks -
Add vanilla
