Blackberry Jello Jam
2 C crushed black berries
½ C sugar (I use a little less - ¼ C)
3 oz jello - blackberry fusion flavor
Put sugar & berries in pan & heat to almost boiling. Sprinkle in Jello slowly until dissolved.
Bring back to boil, stirring, then when it starts to boil - place in pan or sink of cold water. When cool pour in jars and refrigerate.
