PUMPKIN PIE

2 9” pie shells unbaked -
4 eggs
1 can solid pumpkin
2 C sugar (1 white & 1 brown)
1 t salt
2 t gr. cinnamon
½ t ginger
¼ t cloves
2 cans evaporated milk
Bake 425° ~ 15 min.
350° ~ 40 min. (about)
Knife inserted in center comes out clean.
