Gaspacho
Finely chop in processor ~ measurement are flexible:
2 C peeled tomatoes
1 C celery
1 C cucumber
1 C green pepper
¼ C sweet onion
Add:
2 t Worcestershire
1 t minced garlic (or less)
4-6 T wine vinegar
2 T salad oil
¼ t black pepper
2 t salt (or less)
5 C tomato juice
Combine all in glass bowl ~ cover & chill at least 4 hours ~ serve cold. Sprinkle parsley, croutons or extra chopped veggies on top ~ serve in (pretty) glass dish
