Maxine's Recipe ~ Chocolate Zuccini

⭐  Chocolate Zuccini Cake

Beat:

3  eggs   

2  C sugar   

¾  C oil 

Add:

¼  C buttermilk 

1 t vanilla 

2  C grated zucchini  

2½  C flour

Mix & add:

½  C cocoa  

2½  t bk. Pwd.  

1 ½  t soda  

1  t salt  

1  t cinnamon  

Pour into 9x13 or 2 smaller sized ones -

Bake 325°  ~  about 40 min.
