⭐ Deviled Eggs
*18 eggs, hard boiled [* see below]
In bowl of egg yolks add
1½ teasp of deli mustard
1 teasp dry mustard
1½ teasp Jane's Crazy Salt (available at Thriftway or Albertsons)
1½ tsp vinegar
1¼ - to 1½ C mayonnaise
Make a smooth silky paste with
fork or pastry blender.
Decorate with paprika - parsley flakes
or whatever you like.
Put yolk mixture in white [???] halves with a teaspoon.
* To hard boil eggs -- place in pan,
Cover with cold water & bring to a boil,
Boiling for 10 minutes. Drain, place in
sink of cold water, cracking shells, until
Chilled. Then peel - cut in half, put
yolks in bowl - whites on paper towel.
