Crab & Shrimp Casserole
Cook 1½ C white rice
Saute in little oil:
½ C chopped celery
¼ C chopped onion
¼ C green pepper
White sauce:
3 T oil
3 T flour
1½ C milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Thicken.
Add 1 C mayonnaise to cooked rice:
Combine all.
Add:
Small can crab
Small can shrimp
½ C sliced almonds
Handle lightly
Butter casserole & cover with potato chips
350° for 30 min
