Pumpkin Cookies

½ C brown sugar
1 C oil (scant)
1 C canned pumpkin
½ C dark Karo syrup
2 C flour
1 t soda
1 t baking pwd
1 t cinnamon
½ t salt
1 t vanilla
1 C nuts
Bake 375° ~ 8-9 min ~ frost
