4 Chick. breasts (boneless - skinless) salt & pepper
½ C apricot preserves
1½ T soy sauce
1 T coarse grind mustard
1 T (butter) oil
½ C sliced almonds. Toast - bk sheet 375° ~ 5-8 min
Bake chicken 400° ~ 10 min. (salted). Add other ingred. in sauce pan, heat. Pour sauce over & bake another 10 min. Brown chicken under broiler a couple of min. - Sprinkle nuts over & serve.
