BAKED CHICKEN CASSEROLE
1 pkg Lipton (dry) onion soup.
½ C brown rice
1 med. Sized fryer
1 C cream of ch. soup
1 can water
Spread onion soup evenly on bottom of casserole - cover with uncooked rice. Put pieces of chicken on rice. Heat soup & water, stirring till smooth - pour over the chicken. Bake 1½ hrs at 350°. Add a little water if casserole gets too dry while baking. Cover for an hour.
