⭐ Snickerdoodles
1 C oil
1 ½ C sugar
2 eggs
2 ¾ C sifted flour
2 t cr of tartar
1 t soda
½ t salt
Almond & vanilla flavoring
Mix oil, sugar & eggs. Stir in flour & dry ingred & flavorings. Chill dough.
Roll into balls size of small walnuts. Roll in mixture of 2 T sugar & 2 T cinnamon. Put on ungreased cookie sheet 2” apart. Bake lightly brown but still soft.
400° ~ 8-10 min.
