⭐ Iris’ Foolproof Wheat Bread
Foolproof Wheat Bread ~ Maxine's Sister Iris
5 C hottest tap water
7 C wheat flour
4 T instant yeast
⅔ C oil
¾ C sugar
2 scant T salt
Mix on low speed till well mixed - Add 6-7 more cups white flour and ½ to ¾ C raw sunflower seeds (shelled)
Mix & knead for 10 min.
Remove to floured surface & divide in quarters - Shape & place into greased pans - rise until almost double in bulk - then 350° ~ 15 min.
