Maxine's Recipe ~ Good Banana Bread

Good Banana Bread

Beat 2 eggs

Add:

1  C sugar slowly as eggs beat

½  C oil slowly as eggs beat

1  tsp vanilla

Mix all liquid ingred. including 3 over ripe bananas - mashed by food processor.

Mix dry ingred.

2  C flour

½  t bk. Pwd. ½  t salt

1  t soda

½  C (nuts)

Blend carefully (like muffins)

Bake 325° about 25-35 min.

Makes 3 sm. pans  (1½ recipe makes 5 sm. pans)
