CRANBERRY PINEAPPLE SALAD
1 20 oz crushed pineapple undrained
1 8 oz raspberry jello
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 med apple chopped - (celery)
⅔ C walnuts
Drain pineapple - reserve liquid in 1 qt measuring cup. Set aside 1 t crushed pineapple for garnish. Add water to juice to make 3 cups. Put in heavy pan - boil, add jello. Stir 2 min. Add cranberry sauce - Stir. Refrigerate 1 ½ hr or till slightly thickened. Gently stir in remaining pineapple - apple & nuts. Refrigerate 4 hrs (till firm) ~ Top with reserved fruit -
