Marinated Carrots
2 ½ C sliced carrots
½ Med. sliced onion
½ Sm. slivered green pepper
4 sugar substitutes (for diabetics)
½ 10 oz can tomato soup
¼ C salad oil
¼ C vinegar
½ tsp worcestershire sauce
½ tsp mustard
½ tsp salt
Dash pepper
Cook carrots until slightly crisp NOT well done - drain & cool - Add everything else. Marinate in refrig 12 hours - drain & serve.
