Lemon Jello Cake ~ Bev Roberts
1 pkg lemon cake
¾ C oil
1 3 oz lemon jello dissolved in 1 C boiling water
4 eggs - 1 at a time
Bake 350° ~ 35 min
Cool 10 min. punch small holes in top & pour over sauce
½ C lemon juice
3 C powdered sugar
Long recipe:
⅓ C lemon juice
2 C pwd. sugar
Serves 12-15
