Taco Shells

1 egg
½ C yellow cornmeal
1 C flour
⅛ t salt
1½ C cold water
Using ¼ C for each taco - makes 9
Combine all ingred & blend until smooth. Put on ungreased grill at med temp.
Spread out & fry until edges have a tiny curl - turn - over a few seconds - put between paper towels & keep in a plastic bag
