2 ¼ C chocolate melted - (All dark. Or all milk or mix)
1 C whipping cream
⅛ t salt
⅛ t peppermint oil - (or any flavor of choice)
Whip cream fairly stiff - add salt & flavor
Cool melted choc. To cool to lips
Add cream by cup fulls & beat each time
Will set up & needs no refrigeration.
When set, roll into walnut (small) size balls - using little pwd sugars.
