CHILI SAUCE

Grind together:
36 lg. tomatoes peeled.
6 onions
3 lg. red. peppers
3 lg green peppers
1 lg stalk celery
½ C salt
Stand overnight & drain liquid
1 qt. vinegar
2 t mustard seeds
½ t cinnamon
(1 tsp red hot pepper)
6 C brown sugar
Bring to boil - add veggies - boil 3 hours - seal ~ 14-15 pints
*If you grind the onions & celery with the tomatoes they have a better texture & is easy in the food processor.
