We’re excited to share that Fr. Schultz was recently a guest on the Catholic Education Foundation Podcast (Episode #47) titled “A Newly Ordained Priest Shares His Faith Journey.” In this inspiring interview, he reflects on his early call to the priesthood and his passion for Catholic education and evangelization—especially among young people. You can listen or watch the episode on YouTube (click on the image), Spotify, and Apple Podcasts, or visit www.ceflou.org for more information. Be sure to check it out and share in the joy of his story!
The long-awaited Parish Pictorial Directories have arrived!
If you had your photo taken, your complimentary copy can be picked up at the parish office during business hours. (Mon-Fri 8:00a.m-4:00p.m.) It’s a wonderful keepsake and a great way to put names with the friendly faces of our parish family!
Please note: Directories cannot be mailed, and only those who participated in the directory are eligible to receive one.
To date, we have raised $95,798 — that’s 65% of our parish goal! Thank you to everyone who has already contributed to this year’s Catholic Services Appeal. Your generosity helps support more than 100 ministries, services, and programs throughout the Archdiocese of Louisville. Let’s keep the momentum going and reach our goal together! Every gift—large or small—makes a lasting impact. For information on the work of the Archdiocese of Louisville, visit www.ArchLou.org/CSA.
Join us as we celebrate our parish patron, St. Albert the Great, a renowned scholar, teacher, and patron saint of scientists. His life reminds us that faith and reason work together to reveal the wonder of God’s creation.
We will celebrate his feast day at all weekend Masses on November 15–16. Hospitality will be offered after every Mass—please stop by for donuts and coffee, enjoy fellowship, and help us honor the legacy of St. Albert in our parish community.
St. Albert the Great, pray for us!
Saint Albert the Great School would like to extend a heartfelt invitation to all veterans and active-duty service members—along with their family members, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends—to join us as we celebrate Veterans Day Mass on Tuesday, November 11th at 9:45 a.m.
We would be deeply honored by your presence as we gather in gratitude for your service and sacrifice. Our hope is that our students may better understand what service, dedication, and love of country truly mean—through your inspiring example.
Veterans are invited to sit in the front rows during Mass. If you have children or grandchildren who attend Saint Albert, they are welcome to sit with you.
Please come and allow us the privilege of honoring you for all you have done for our country.
Saturday, November 15th | 10:00AM | St. Albert the Great | Archbishop Shelton Fabre
Please join us for the Archdiocese of Louisville's annual Gold Mass, honoring scientists, science educators, and science students in our community. This year’s Gold Mass will be held at St. Albert the Great—fittingly, as St. Albert is the patron saint of scientists, and his feast day is November 15. All are welcome as we celebrate the harmony of faith and scientific discovery!
The Mass will take place on Saturday, November 15th at 10:00am, with music provided by our children’s and adult choirs. A lunch reception and presentatation by astronomer with the Vatican Observatory, Christopher Graney, will follow in the Parish Life Center. Lunch RSVP by November 7th, lwyatt@archlou.org.
Experience a weekend of faith, friendship, and renewal at St. Albert the Great.
Men’s Welcome Retreat: January 24–25, 2026
Women’s Welcome Retreat: February 28–March 1, 2026
Each retreat is designed specifically for men or women to connect, reflect, and grow in their faith alongside fellow parishioners. These weekends are a wonderful opportunity to step away from the busyness of life, spend time in prayer and reflection, and connect more deeply with others in our parish community. Both retreats are free and will take place on the St. Albert the Great campus.

An information session will be held on Thursday, November 20, from 10:30–11:30 AM in the St. Joseph Room. All who are interested are invited to attend and learn more. Holy Guardian Angels, pray for us!
