A pictorial directory is a powerful tool in our church to help each of us know each other better. Our last directory is now out-dated and it is time for a new one. We want everyone to get a new picture made so that our new directory will be complete. IT WON’T BE COMPLETE WITHOUT YOU! Your participation will help the church and yourself. Every member or family photographed for the directory will receive a copy of the directory and an 8x10 portrait at no cost. Sign up for your session here! Photo dates are: Feb. 13-15; Feb. 17-19; Feb. 27 - March 1, 2025. You will have a professional photography session, see your proofs, and have the opportunity to purchase extra portraits for family and friends.
Pope Francis has announced a Jubilee Year for 2025, the theme of which is “Pilgrims of Hope.” While the Holy Father is officially opening the Year of Hope on December 24, 2024 in St. Peter’s Square, Archbishop Fabre has invited all priests of the Archdiocese to acknowledge the opening of the Holy Year by celebrating a special Mass on Monday, January 13th, 2025 (the first weekday of Ordinary Time) in their parishes, according to the Mass formulary provided by the Dicastery for Divine Worship. At St. Albert we will have music and special prayers at the 8:30 a.m. Mass on Monday, January 13th in honor of the Year of Hope.
Thurs., January 16th | 6 p.m.
Families and individuals of all ages are welcome!
This holy hour will take place in the church and will include prayers, music, scripture and time for silent reflection. The presence of Christ in the Eucharist is real, true and substantial. We have an amazing opportunity to spend time with Jesus who is physically present in the Eucharist that is exposed on the altar.

After Jesus was baptized, he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and a voice was heard “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.” As we give to the poor, we also can hear these same words.
As you help those who are suffering, know in your heart the truth of the words “you are my beloved in whom I am well pleased”.

2025 Fund a Need Project
This year’s Gala Fund A Need is presented by Stealth Field Hockey! The project is installing security laminate to doors and priority windows (as determined by law enforcement professionals) both outside and inside our school and church. The laminate is designed to prevent unwelcome entry. It helps keep glass firmly in its frame, delaying intruders and allowing time for police to reach the campus. Learn more and donate online to this effort at VikingGala.org.
