With Waterford currently winding their way through the qualifier system (as we can see, a team is punished less for losing a first round game than losing a Munster semi-final), it's pretty certain that there won't be any more club championship games until the county team is finished. We are due to play Ballyduff in another local derby in the next round of games and the prize for both teams is a place in the quarter finals. With Ballyduff having run De La Salle close in the first round and then seeing off the newly promoted An Rinn they will see the clash against Tallow as an ideal opportunity to pick up the second win that is needed to secure advancement to the knockout stages. With An Rinn looking to be a safe bet to be battling relegation we will need to get a victory in one of our last two games to give ourselves a chance to be in a quarter final.
