Comhbhron

On behalf of Tallow GAA Club we express our sympathy to his wife Theresa and the French family of Old Parish and Yonkers New York on the recent passing of Jimmy French who was a friend and ally to the Tallow people who fetched up in the New York borough throughout the decades.

National Club Draw

We would again ask members and supporters to support the GAA National Club draw with tickets available at €10 from any club committee member. Prizes are magnificent with trips to Australia and Boston to be won.

Commiserations

We commiserate with our neighbours Ballysaggart on their unfortunate loss to Creggan at the weekend. It will be difficult for them to see the wood from the trees at this raw stage but in time their journey and performances will be seen as inspirational and timely

Senior Hurling

We have been drawn in Group 2 in the senior hurling championship with Ballyduff, Ardmore, Dungarvan, Ballygunner and Mount Sion. Like last year, there are no easy touches in this group with Ardmore having cut a swathe through the intermediate division last year and the other four clubs being established senior performers.
