Fast Cut Editing

Using the video on the right, and the information below, your job is to create a Fast Cut edited short film. For this assignment, please follow the requirements the best you can, and use your own inspiration and creativity!

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Video must be set to music, since you are essentially creating a MUSIC VIDEO!

  2. Design Opening Credits - Any style you like. This is a "Music Video" so name it something that goes with your choice of music and imagery!

  3. Choose at least 5 different clips from Stock Media. Clips should not be very long, length cut or edited to the music.

  4. Follow each of the tips for Fast Cut Editing regarding FOCUS > COLOR/EXPOSURE > MOVEMENT > RESEMBLANCES > FLOW

  5. Include any style of end credits you like!

  6. Edit the entire video to be as long as or shorter than your choice of music. Have music fade out at the end during the credits.
