This is a review activity to help you familiarize yourself with Scratch. We will program Anna to dance on the stage. Download Lesson 1 Dance Party onto your computer and open it. Remember to go to file and save as to save your copy to your documents folder. This project doesn't save automatically so you need to remember to save your work.Review the costumes: Anna has 15 different costumes or positions. This is why I had you create a second minion. Review the Scripts: I already have an event started for you. The size of the sprite is set to 50% so she fits on the stage.Important Blocks:The switch costume to block allows you to change the sprites look. This is under looks. The drop-down menu in the block lets you set the dance position according to the 15 costumes you have available. You will need each of these blocks for every dance move you need to to do.The wait blocks will allow you to manage the time between dance moves. Control blocks also have your repeats so you can have a sequence continue.Motion blocks. Please keep her on the stage but have her move around so she isn't stuck in one place.

Sounds. Choose sounds from the Scratch Library to add your music. Make sure you program your music to repeat or change as you need.

Expectations: Create a 1min dance sequence. Anna needs to change position often and move and glide from side to side. The music must play and end after 1 min and Anna should move according to the beats.
