Project Manager or Scrum Master: This assignment teaches how to create shared FOLDERS with a group of people as well as documents.

Step 1: Watch the video

and read the article linked below

Step 2: Create a shared folder in google drive named 'your team name'.

Step 3: Share each person in your group in that folder. Now anything you put in that folder, each group member will be shared or have access to everything in that folder.

Also, share your teacher in this folder. Everyone should have permission to edit any documents and should be able to upload/download from the folder.

Step 4: To turn this assignment in, click submit an assignment, create tab, link button, paste the link of the shared folder, title it, submit. Basically, I need the URL of your folder you just created AND I need to have edit privileges to the folder.

Step 1: Watch the video "what is a scrum?" to better understand the process. and then watch this video answering the quiz questions in the video.

Step 2: Watch the video on "Daily Scrum Meeting (aka 15-minute stand-up meeting)" and take the quiz toward the end of the video

Step 3: Watch the video on "How to improve your daily scrum"

Step 4: Spend 5-10 minutes imagining yourself leading a daily scrum with your teammates. How will you handle if somebody is not paying attention? What tone of voice will you use? How will you use your 7 minutes effectively? What will you do if somebody is absent? What will happen if the team is behind schedule??

Please Hand in this assignment into haiku by clicking the Hand in button and then click "write a response". Explain to me how you are going to run your scrums. Also, answer some of the "what if" questions I put in step

Make a copy of this backlog. Rename it to "Team Name - Backlog". Share it with the rest of your team members by putting it in the shared folder you created for your team. Change permissions for the rest of your group member to only be able to comment on the document. Leave me, Mr. Bailye, edit permissions so I can change things if need be.

Click the "overview" tab in the backlog. Follow the directions in the Overview tab to fill out all your team's information.

Go to the "General Training" Page in Haiku and watch the video about the backlog and then come back to this assignment. To practice, open this backlog and make a copy of it

Make the following changes to the backlog:

Charlie has worked 12 days, Kyle 10, Kundana 6, Austin 10, John 10, Brilina 10, and Skylar 8.

Skylar is going to do backdrop level 2 in drawing tasks

Kundana just finished backdrop level 3 in drawing tasks and now wants to do backdrop level 4

Brilina has finished level 5 backdrop in coding tasks AND the product has been tested/shipped and is in the final game and working.

Pretend you are John. You just finished your leading your scrum for day 10 and you need to mark that on the backlog.

You, John, just updated the backlog so give yourself that task and mark it as done as well for day 10.

Kyle wants to work with John on making a blueprint in miscTasks but there is only one row for this task worth 45 minutes. To have two people work on this same task, insert a new row underneath "make blueprint" and put in Kyle's name as a resource. Now John and Kyle are getting credit for working on this 45-minute task.

Turn in this backlog you have now made changes to.
