Today we take a 116 question assessment based on interest.1) login to career cruising

2) click on assessments

3) click on "matchmaker"

4) click start assessment and add a label. The label is just a file name so you can recall your results later. Calling Test 1 is a good idea.

5) Answer each item and go with your initial response. Do not over think it. Also, don't take this assessment with a career in mind.

6) The assessment will stop you at around 40 questions. Do not look at your results. Instead look to the left side of the screen and click "answer more questions". Continent this process until you answer all 116 items.

7) Choose 3 careers from the list of top 40 and enter them in your career comparison tool.
