Lucy’s birthday. She’s rather disappointed that Crystal’s baby didn’t arrive today. She’d been hoping that they might share a birthday. Personally, I think it’s probably better not – then there’s less scope for jealously later. Crystal’s due date was yesterday, so we’re all on tenterhooks expecting to hear from them any time.
Peter baked a magnificent cake in the shape of a football jersey – in Liverpool colours, of course – with a number 17 on it.
