Lucy has now officially left school! Her last A' Level exam was on Tuesday. Now we have the nail-biting wait for the results. She has to get 3 A's (including A in both Chemistry and Biology) in order to get her place at Liverpool. All her teachers say that this won't be a problem but we all know that even the best candidates can slip up. On Monday, she and Peter are off up to Yorkshire for a few days. They've found a little B&B up on Ilkley Moor. It's not too far from Leeds, so they'll can visit Hannah as well as walking on the moors. I hope they don't encounter any wildfires like the ones burning on Saddleworth Moor at the moment. It's really too hot for walking in this dry, sunny weather, so I hope they remember to take plenty of water and sunscreen when they go out.
