As planned, we visited the Wellesleys' house in Evesham today. Karen took us round, while poor Paul did his best to pacify the local CID, who consider our intervention to be a slurr on their work in investigating the murder in the first place. The house didn't tell us much, but we did get some interesting new information when we talked to the neighbours. So at least we'll have something to show for our efforts when we meet Vanessa's legal team again tomorrow. The worrying thing is that the trial starts on Monday and we don't really have any convincing new evidence.
