We've been busy making sure we've got everything Lucy needs for going back to university on Saturday. The Easter holiday has simply flown by! She's only got a few weeks before her exams start, but she's very kindly allowing us to come up at the end of next week to celebrate her birthday. Her original idea was for us to do it this weekend before she goes, but I know that Aunty Dot wants to see us all again, so eventually Lucy gave way and said that she supposes she'll be able to fit us in. Evenutally, she even agreed to ask Mariam to take notes for her in lectures on the Friday (her actual birthday) so that we can spend some time with her and all go over to Wavertree together to visit Dot in the Care Home.
In other news, Lucy and I are on tenterhooks waiting to see whether Manchester United can pull off a home win against City this evening. If City win then they'll be back at the top of the Premier League; but if it's a draw or a win for United, Liverpool stay top.
