Jonah spent most of the day pestering Ruby Mann to tell him more about what they’ve found at the Shotover Hill crime scene. She just tells him every time that there’s nothing to report yet. They think they’ve found most of a complete human body, but it could be remains from more than one person so they’re still looking for more. Jonah isn’t supposed to be on duty until tomorrow in any case, so I’ve been firm with him and refused to take him over there.
